Part of the core US/Canada launch team for The Home Depot's warranty partnership, SquareTrade's largest account. Led managers responsible for 75+ district and regional leaders across 500+ stores nationwide.
Built a team across three countries. Delivered above target in all three.
Led an 11-person international team across the US, Canada, and Australia, and drove simultaneous revenue growth of 23%, 60%, and 47% in each market.
Turned around accounts everyone else had given up on.
Staples and Office Depot were struggling. I turned both around, delivering 13% and 20% revenue growth. Then I did it again at HSN and Bose, which had been in consecutive decline for two years, delivering 53% and 18% growth within six months.
One deal. 3,000 properties. Market expanded by 30%.
Negotiated a single B2B partnership that added 3,000+ properties to the Outdoorsy marketplace and anchored the launch of an entirely new product vertical.
